We return to the wonderful Earth Spirit Centre in Glastonbury for what has become a truly beloved retreat — a sacred space that fills up fast.
This January marks the beginning of a new cycle. I’ll be working alongside Lila Liana Rose, the magical Avalon priestess, who brings a completely new dimension to this experience.
We’ll be looking at our inner shapes — the ones that keep us locked into habitual responses in our lives — and working with activated energy medicine alongside Lila’s divine voice and sound activations to begin the melting of those shapes. We’ll focus particularly on the inner masculine and feminine polarities we’re so often unconsciously locked into, discovering the freedom and choice that arises when these deeply grooved patterns begin to melt.
Our creative voices will find expression not only through art, but this time through singing and sharing sound, creating a deeply healing space within.
